30 Οκτ 2024 · The new fee rule makes Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions, and Form I-290B, Notice of Appeal or Motion (only when filed for Form I-751), fee exempt for conditional permanent residents who are filing based on battery or extreme cruelty.
1 Φεβ 2024 · Conditional residents (with a 2-year green card) who must file Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, will experience a 10 percent USCIS fee increase when the changes go into effect. The fee to file Form I-751 with biometric screening will increase from $680 to $750.

13 Φεβ 2024 · USCIS is adding a new Asylum Program Fee of $600 which will be paid by employers filing Form I-129, Form I-129CW, or Form I-140. Nonprofit employers will be exempt and small employers (25 or fewer full-time equivalent employees) will pay 50%, or $300. This fee will apply for all I-129 filings, including H-1B amendments and extensions.
