29 Σεπ 2023 · Notice for USPS employees: In 2024, the employer contribution rate for FEHB plans is the same across all Postal labor unions and management associations, except for USPS non-career employees or where specified otherwise in a collective bargaining agreement.
Postal Service compensationers getting monthly payments from the Department of Labor’s Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs (OWCP) will be automatically enrolled in a PSHB plan before the 2024 Federal Benefits Open Season, which runs from November 11 to December 9, 2024.
EAS Salary 2024. UPMA has agreed to the new salary ranges as attached. The top of the ranges will increase by 4.7%, and, as in the last few years, UPMA insisted that the bottom of the range increase by the same dollar amount as the top.
