Reset or update your password to regain account access. Keep your password secret. Currently, Chrome is not supported on mobile devices. If you experience issues, please use Firefox, Safari, or Edge. NetID is used to manage your password, check your email and access accounts.
The system sends a code to your personal (non-UTD) email address and phone number on file. If needed, your personal email can be changed in Galaxy. Make sure you check your spam/junk folder as well. Contact the OIT Service Desk for code. If the security code you received is not working, make sure you are using the newest/recent security code.
