14 Ιουν 2024 · Request a payment extension or request a payment plan online at utilities.tampa.gov or contact our Utilities Call Center at (813) 274-8811, weekdays between 8am and 5pm, to avoid an interruption of service for non-payment.
Requests for payment extensions or payment arrangements also may be submitted via the Customer Service Portal at https://utilities.tampagov.net after logging in to your account. Utility customers making payments by methods other than those listed here may experience delays in payment processing and posting to their accounts.

3 Οκτ 2024 · Our Customer Service Portal makes it easy to view your bills, make a one-time payment, or setup automatic monthly payments via AutoPay. You can pay online using your credit or debit card. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted with no convenience fee.
City of Tampa Utilities is managed by the Water Department's Distribution and Consumer Services Division. Most of the City's utility customers receive a consolidated monthly bill for three utility services: water, wastewater (sewer) and solid waste (refuse and recycling).
