Exchange Public Folders. UTMB Email - Managing Spam.
Email address stays the same – username@utmb.edu. All email content (including calendars and contacts) migrates automatically to Exchange Online. Students and faculty/staff will still see each other’s email accounts via the Global Address List.
UTMB ITS — the Information Technology Services page for faculty, staff, and students — is now intranet only. Full access to ITS resources requires users to be inside the UTMB private network, either located physically on campus or logged-in via VPN.
Exchange Public Folders were transitioned from UTMB’s On-Premises Mail servers to Exchange Online within Office 365 on the weekend of Oct 9th! iSpace migration to SharePoint and OneDrive. Migrate all iSpace Department, Collaboration and User content. Move email to Exchange Online. Migrate every user Inbox Provides cloud-based email infrastructure.
