For performances, the Vilas Hall Box Office opens one hour before show-time on days of scheduled events in the Mitchell and Hemsley Theatres. Policies. University Theatre programs are subject to change. Performances do begin promptly. Latecomers will be seated only at a suitable break, which, in some cases, may not be until intermission.
Vilas Hall Box Office. Ronald E. Mitchell Theatre Lobby 821 University Avenue. Tickets may be purchased in the Mitchell Theatre lobby prior to the performance — the lobby box office opens one hour before showtime and remains open until 30 minutes past curtain.
