Day Support Services helps Loudoun residents with severe intellectual disabilities to volunteer, work, or take part in activities in their community. The Department of Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Developmental Services provides these services through the Community Access Program (CAP).
The Department of Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Developmental services provides a variety of outreach and coordination services to Loudoun residents: Needing services due to mental illness - adults and youth; Requiring Support to stay at home or in the community; Needing skills to succeed in at-risk environments - youth ages 6-18
The Community Support Program is a locally funded program that offers Loudoun County residents short-term case management and assistance to meet basic needs, including support and resources for prescriptions, food, rent, and utilities.
