This is a very thorough V-Sit tutorial, made with a high-quality production value, and contains a lot of great info and exercises. I was impressed. My V-sit training plateaued when I achieved a V-Sit at ~73°. I have continued to do compression work and hamstring stretching, but I am not currently training to improve my V-Sit.
Technique. Start in a seated position, curl up and bring your knees in so you almost reaches your toes. Contract abs and keep them tight, lift chest up and lengthen the spine. Imagine making a “V” using your thighs and upper body. Tips. Imagine “tucking the tail” to get into position.
