I am trying to pair an Amazon Firestick Remote Control to Windows 10 via bluetooth but cannot get it to work. I have successfully been able to reset and then put it in pairing mode (by holding the home button for more than 12 seconds).

If your PC doesn't do bluetooth already you don't need to get a dongle or anything. As many have said these pair to the headset. To connect them, you simply right click on the steamvr controller icon and hit "pair controller". Then holding the menu and b button will power it into its pairing mode.
