So, as the title says, I wrote (what I feel is, at any rate) a comprehensive noob's guide to modding Bloodlines. It's typically geared towards someone who's never played the game before or is unsure about the modding community at large.
27 Απρ 2022 · The game is compatible with Vortex but most of the larger mods are not because they are already using the VTMB specific mod manager Game Mod Loader. Game Mod Loader (GML) allows mods to be run out of their own directory and so not interfere with the main game or other mods using GML.
21 Μαρ 2024 · Having root level access in Bloodlines is necessary for mods that touch the game binaries (like my movie mod) where the alternative would be having to manually back up engine files (defeating the purpose of a virtualized mod organizer), or for multiple overhaul folders.
