Zero has some good mods on his Patreon. They are free to public. Immersive vampires gives some more interactions like having friends over themselves when your thirst is low. Vampires can kill gives not just killing but also introduces a cattle mechanic and nice buffs to feeding on other vampires and spellcasters.
This mod adds a ring box in the form of a coffin to the game that when activated and worn makes your vampire sim protected from the harmful effects of the sunlight. It also adds the option to remove the ring causing the protected effect to stop.
