I built a dice roller for Vampire 5th edition. Set the pool (Attribute + Skill) dice count, the character’s current hunger, and optionally, the number of successes required, and hit Roll. The individual die rolls will be returned and the outcome will be calculated.
The Web App will allow you to create and customise a vampire character and roll dice based on their stats! Currently, it is based on a 5th edition character sheet. It is not mobile friendly, however this is something I will work on in the future.

Instead of number inputs, you could use buttons (styled radio buttons, probably) to represent hunger and dice pool, so it’s quicker and easier to select.
