Click here for more information on How to Install Mods. Thought I'd share what I know about Legacy Fabric a way to install Fabric on 1.8.9 (1.7.10 and 1.12.2 are possible but only for Developers at the moment but 1.8.9 has a small handful of mods currently).
Parts of the Legacy Fabric API aren't included by default; You need the Legacy Fabric Resource Loader to get working localized text (but it's not a dependency). The mod now supports all Minecraft versions ranging between 1.8 - 1.8.9

27 Σεπ 2024 · You can now install mods! You may want to install the Fabric API mod as most mods will need it, and the Mod Menu mod to see an in-game list of installed mods. For more detailed instructions visit this guide: Install Fabric - Minecraft Launcher (Windows)
Make sure to follow the installation instructions! Most mods will also require you to install Fabric API into the mods folder.
This thread will focus on versions before 1.3 to 1.13.2 Legacy Fabric and Beta 1.7.3 Cursed Fabric [Station API, Cursed Legacy API and No API] (also before 1.14 Fabric) mod content as a sort of news/showcases/releases forum for the Fabric community.
