Correct. VCV Rack 2 Pro = standalone version + VST (instrument, fx) + pro support. VCV Rack VST lets you use Rack as an instrument or effects in DAWs etc VCV Host = module that lets you use VSTs in Rack
1 Δεκ 2021 · It is finally there! There is a commercial version now which’s distinctive feature over the free version is that it works as a VST plugin inside various DAWs. But there are many other convenient changes that are also available in the free open source version again.
