I love the folks deflecting and blaming this on cargo containers from China. Costco isn’t pre-selling couches before they leave port. This falls squarely on the warehouse to delivery which in most cases that’s handled by Innovel which is 100% Costco owned.
Costco Logistics is literally the only bad Costco experience I have ever had. Twice they dropped the ball on 2 separate deliveries. The call wait time to speak to a rep was 6+ hours.
