When an incoming call comes reaches voicemail, the caller hears a message stating the voicemail box is full and they are unable to leave a message. When checking voicemail either in the visual voicemail app or calling *86 it is stated there are no voicemails. Any ideas here?
18 Απρ 2024 · Call into your voicemail (dial *86 from your Verizon phone). If you hear a message saying your voicemail is full, follow the prompts to delete enough messages to make room for new ones. Going forward, try to listen to and delete voicemails regularly to prevent your inbox from filling up again.
21 Φεβ 2020 · I’m not sure what causes the issue, but you need to call into your voicemail and either delete or listen to one and your issue will be fixed *86. If you don’t know your voicemail pin # call and reset it.
