24 Ιαν 2023 · I have called Verizon technical support over the past 3 weeks and they are unable to fix the issue. I have reset my phone, clear the cache and data for my phone and voicemail apps. Still, I am not able to be notified of my voicemails on my phone.

24 Μαρ 2024 · On my old S10 my voicemail app stopped working. They added visual voicemail & still didn't work. It made me have to get a new phone so got the S23 fe and went with AT&T. The phone got hosed when Samsung updated to version 14 & it could not be fixed. AT&T was horrible so went back to Verizon.
24 Μαρ 2021 · I'm alarmed to hear that you have been having such difficulty with your Visual Voicemail! Please know that our technicians are aware of this issue with the Galaxy S21, and they are working on a correction to be released as quickly as possible. In the meantime, you can dial *86 to call your voicemail, and retrieve your messages. How does that sound?
22 Απρ 2023 · Samsung sent out a security update which fixed my visual voicemail, but disabled notifications for texts and notifications for a few other apps that I can't remember - I had over 50 missed texts. I re-enabled the notifications on these apps and my visual voicemail is giving the same error message again: Something went wrong.
