U.S.A. Amateur Radio VHF/UHF Band Plan. This Band Plan is meant to be a general guide and local band plans take precedence. The band plans for 6 meters and 2 meters do not follow HF band plans. For example, if you think you will call CQ FD on 6-meter CW at 50.025 MHz because that’s near the bottom of the band, you’re not going to work a lot of people. Read the next section for tips on where to find the action.
The VHF bands are generally “line-of-sight” bands, so antenna height is critically important on the VHF bands. “The higher, the better” is definitely true! If possible, set your VHF station at the highest elevation point of your Field Day site.
27 Μαΐ 2011 · Enter the VHF Low Band frequencies in BandPlan 1. That will give you the correct steps... Unfortunatly there isn't much you can do about the Mid and High VHF Bands. Enter the UHF Frequencies in Bandplan 3 as used above.
