The zoning districts, the overlays, and boundaries thereof shall be shown on the Official Zoning District Map of Cedarville Village. The Official Zoning District Map shall be identified by the signature of the Mayor, attested by the Village Clerk, and bearing the seal of the Village under the following words:
village zoning Cedarville’s Building Department is certified by the Ohio Board of Building Standards (OBBS) and follows the procedures and codes issued by the OBBS. To provide timely and professional service, the Village has contracted with National Inspection Service (NIC) to perform the tasks associated with Building Code compliance.

In order to carry out the purposes and provisions of this Regulation, Cedarville Village is hereby divided into the following zoning districts: (a) Residential Districts. RS-2 Low Density Single-Family Residential District. RS-4 Medium Density Single-Family Residential. RT-4 Medium Density Two-Family Residential District.
