Start your enrollment process at the Provider Enrollment home page to start/resume a new enrollment/revalidation. Medicaid fee-for-service and Managed Care Organization (MCO) network providers need to enroll in PRSS and revalidate enrollment at least every five years.

Log in to Waitlist Portal. In accordance with the Commonwealth of Virginia’s 501-09 security standard IA-2, all organizational users must use unique identifiers (user accounts) and authenticators (passwords) to obtain access to DBHDS systems.
For a provider to have access to the Waiver Management System (WaMS), they must be an active Medicaid provider with the Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS)1. Once the provider has been notified that they are an active DMAS provider, they can register for a WaMS account. To register for WaMs, follow the steps below:
