16 Οκτ 2012 · As I understand, you need to upgrade to Windows 8 from Windwos vista. I would suggest you to follow the troubleshooting steps to check if it helps. You cannot upgrade from 32-bit to 64-bit version of operating systems. You may need to perform a custom installation. Refer the links for more help:
