You have to found an unofficial upgrade for Vista to run newer programs. I can't help you because I already don't found any of them who work correctly...
17 Αυγ 2022 · Additionally, I had to downgrade several .DLL files to get Java 17 working, which results in several missing classes (breaks multiplayer and potentially other things). I did have a go with 1.18Pre1, and it works perfectly with Java 16.
