24 Νοε 2016 · Since installing Windows 10, I no longer get audio output through HDMI. The HDMI option does not even show up in the sound settings. Have been unable to find the proper driver to enable HDMI audio. Can anyone help?
If you do not see HDMI Output, make sure that the HDMI cable is connected between the computer and the device. If the issue persists, reinstall or update your audio drivers and make sure the BIOS is up-to-date.

4 Ιαν 2024 · Fix 1 – Reconnect the TV again. Fix 2 – Update the sound card. Fix 3 – Set the HDMI device to default. Fix 4 – Restart Windows Audio service. Fix 5 – Rollback the graphics driver. Fix 6 – Adjust TV sound settings. Fix 8 – Uninstall and reinstall Audio Controllers. Fix 9 – Run the Audio Troubleshooter. Fix 1 – Reconnect the TV again.
An outdated audio driver can cause sound errors and issues. Use Device Manager to check if the audio device is disabled, and then install an available driver update.
The HDMI audio may not work due to outdated or malfunctioning drivers. Along with driver’s issues, some other factors affecting the audio output are incorrect settings in the connected TV and damaged HDMI cable. Some software can misbehave with the PC, resulting in no sound through HDMI.
24 Απρ 2018 · This is using the latest 15.65.4.4944 (23.20.16.4944) display driver. However if I uninstall it, reboot, and install 15.45.19.4678 (which has the Display Audio driver 10.22.1.100) the game recognizes the Display Audio and works as it should. This issue was introduced at least 5 months ago and needs to be fixed.
