One thing you might want to check is, if your graphics card even outputs sound through the HDMI port. I've heard of issues where the HDMI port only outputs video or that you have to connect an audio cable to the card to get sound through the HDMI port.
20 Μαρ 2017 · The HDMI graphics card may support HDMI Video, but may not support HDMI Audio. You may need to set the HDMI audio device as the default sound device. You may need to update your HDMI video card drivers for your version of Windows.
You have to right click on the Sound in the tray. Go to Playback Devices and disable the onboard audio before the HDMI audio will turn on. After you are done watching the TV you will need to re-enable the onboard sound.
5 Φεβ 2009 · On Vista, Realtek HDMI Output Properties shows HDMI works fine. I'm able to have the 606 decode DTS and Dolby Digital. On Win7, Realtek HDMI Output Properties says HDCP "not supported" and the 606 is not decoding DTS or Dolby Digital.
Under the playback tab locate the HDMI audio device, once located right click on it and Enable the device. if an HDMI device is not displayed it may be necessary to first right click and show disabled devices. Right click on the HDMI Output device and choose Set as Default.
