Practice Lab. OUR PRACTICE VERSION OF oNLINE SOFTWARE. Practice Lab is available 24/7-365 so you can go in and get used to the software, enter scenarios for fun or to enter scenarios for the certification tests. There are a few ways to access the practice lab.

Take your VITA/TCE training online at apps.irs.gov/app/vita/. Link to the Practice Lab to gain experience using tax software and take the certification test online, with immediate scoring

The Practice Lab is a web-based product that uses the same version of TaxSlayer Pro Online software as most VITA/TCE sites. The Practice Lab is updated prior to and throughout the tax season.
