It seems sometimes the battery goes into "safe"/"storage" mode. To exit this mode, remove the battery, press the button and hold for a two or three seconds and it should go green from red.

13 Ιουν 2017 · Derry the simple answer is yes 24v and any Ah you wish. Theoretically a 36v battery could be used but you would need to know other factors for this to work. For a new battery to work all you need to do is check the wire polarity before connecting up.
