Vladimir is one of the founders of the organization alongside LeBlanc. He aided the Black Rose for centuries, such as conducting Sion's resurrection, created Briar, and lead a war against Demacia in the past. Vladimir however, is not interested in the political machination of the Black Rose, and only assisting them when needed.

9 Οκτ 2024 · Active: Vladimir unleashes a plague at the target location that infects nearby enemies hit for a few seconds, increasing the damage they take from all sources. After the duration, infected targets are dealt magic damage, which heals Vladimir for each champion hit.
Vladimir’s the latest in a series of champions piling on heaps of damage while purchasing almost entirely defensive items, but with a slight twist. Unlike Ekko or Fizz, Vlad’s at least intended to be a tanky nuisance.
Active: Vladimir infects all enemies in the target area with a virulent plague, increasing the damage they take from all sources by 12% for 5 seconds, after which all infected enemies take magic damage.
