The vMix NDI Desktop Capture for Mac application is currently only compatible with Intel Macs that are from year 2021 and older. If you do have a newer Mac, please use the Newtek NDI Screen Capture application instead.

15 Αυγ 2020 · My Mac laptop just updated to Catalina 10.15.6 and now I do not see any NDI/desktop capture items available on my Windows 10 PC running vMix. The screen recording options are checked in the security settings. The Windows PC is running vMix 23.0.0.60.
As long as your Mac is connected to the same network as your vMix PC, it will show in desktop capture on the vMix console. NOTE: if the local firewall is blocking all incoming connections, you'll need to allow vMixDesktopCapture.app through - see instructions here; http://support.apple.com/kb/PH11309.
The vMix Desktop Capture for Mac version on the websites download page is listed as 20.0.0.4, however, the version that downloads is 20.0.0.3. Any ideas if the correct version could in another location.
