Tutorials for Vosviewer, open and collaborative. These tutorials are created to help Vosviewer users learn how to use the software. The project is just starting but it aims at producing tutorials in several languages, covering the basics and advanced use cases.
6 Ιαν 2020 · Download VOSviewer from this web page. Create a new folder and unpack the downloaded ZIP file in this folder. On Microsoft Windows systems, run the VOSviewer Windows application. On macOS systems, run the VOSviewer macOS application. On other systems, run the VOSviewer JAR file.
The chapter provides a tutorial in which the use of VOSviewer is demonstrated in a step-by-step manner. The chapter is based on VOSviewer version 1.5.5. Some of the improvements and extensions introduced in the most recent versions of VOSviewer are therefore not covered in the chapter.
VOSviewer has been developed in the Java programming language. Because Java is platform-independent, VOSviewer runs on most hardware and operating system platforms. VOSviewer can be downloaded from www.vosviewer.com. It can be used freely for any purpose. This manual pertains to version 1.6.6 of VOSviewer. The manual is organized as follows.

Installation. To start with the tutorials you need a version of VOSviewer. Please download the most recent version from https://www.vosviewer.com/download for your operating system and unzip the download.
