BillMatrix offers telephone customer service help during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m, excluding holidays. The toll-free customer service line number is 1-800-446-1373.
As of October 31, 2024, BillMatrix is no longer a payment option on the myEntergy website or Entergy’s mobile app. BillMatrix Web payments made directly through BillMatrix won’t be processed in real time. Please visit myEntergy.com or the app for payment options available.
Contact Your Bank and BillMatrix. If you detect an unauthorized BillMatrix charge on your bank statement, take immediate action. Contact your bank to report the unauthorized transaction and request further investigation. Simultaneously, reach out to BillMatrix’s Customer Service Representatives at 866-694-5860.
Call BillMatrix toll-free at 800.611.0964 to make a payment. Pay by credit, debit, some ATM cards or e-check. You'll need your account number. Login to get your account number. Payments made after 4:00 p.m. ET, on a weekend, or on a holiday will post on the next AEP business day.
