The CDR Tool simply reads the information that is stored in the EDR of the vehicle and provides the crash information in the form of a CDR report. To take full advantage of this new software version, you need to obtain the new CDR Cables released up through CDR Version 23.0. You also need to make sure your CDR hardware is up to date.
