1 Φεβ 2022 · I went through a ch 7 in June of 2014 and unfortunately I had to go through a ch 13 in June of 2016. My plan of r spaying the 13 was a 5 year plan and is paid off as of June of 2021. I got a letter stating it is closed and not discharged.

You need to speak with a bankruptcy attorney to find out if in fact your case is closed without a dismissal or discharge order. In light of the new debt, you probably need to file again to stop any garnishments.
