27 Ιουν 2008 · If a debtor files a certification with box three marked, the Court will instruct the clerk to close the case without discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1328(h). The procedures will ensure the uniform implementation of the new requirements for discharges in BAPCPA chapter 13 cases.
