1. ADOPTION OF CHAPTER 13 PLAN FORMAT: Attached as Exhibit-1 to this Standing Order is a Chapter 13 Plan Form which shall be used by all Chapter 13 debtors in cases where the plan is filed after the effective date of this Order. Chapter 13 Model Plan. The Chapter 13 plan, a requirement in all Chapter 13 cases defines the order of distribution of funds to creditors on a case. The plan was developed by the local judiciary and the attorney bars as a standard plan adopted by this District.
Committee Note. Official Form 113 is new and is the required plan form in all chapter 13 cases, except to the extent that Rule 3015(c) permits the use of a Local Form. Except as permitted by Rule 9009, alterations to the Official Form are not permitted.
