Staying on top of Bankruptcy cases has never been easier. We are a source for comprehensive case and claims data, as recorded and stored within the Trustees' offices. Information is updated on a daily basis.
Case information is available through PACER 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays. Each court maintains its own case information. If you know the district or circuit in which the case is filed, search that court directly. If you do not know where the case is filed, use the PACER Case Locator.
Case Index search is a list of all occurrences that have happened in the court concerning the case. This will allow you to see the case's Docket Sheet. This is a free service.
