Only use the Chapter Membership Enrollment Form and Release found in the Chapter Oficer section of hog.com. A new Chapter Membership Enrollment Form and Release must be completed each calendar year. Chapters are not required to charge dues. The maximum rate for chapter dues is $36 per year.
