The Chapter Membership Enrollment Form and Release is the number one document you have, to protect the Chapter in the case of an accident during a Chapter event. It’s a simple, straightforward, and easy-to-understand contract between the member and the Chapter. Its sole purpose is to document that
• Only use the Chapter Membership Enrollment Form and Release found in the Chapter Officer section of hog.com. • A new Chapter Membership Enrollment Form and Release must be completed each calendar year. • Chapters are not required to charge dues. The maximum rate for chapter dues is $36 per year.
All H.O.G.® members are eligible to join any affiliated local Chapter by completing the Chapter Membership Enrollment Form and Release . Applicants are responsible for providing proof of their National membership.
