Each of these hand positions serves a specific purpose and can greatly improve your ability to dig the ball successfully.

The proper hand position for bumps, passes, and digs is very flat and looks like you’re squeezing your fingers, knuckles, and thumbs towards the center, fanning the platform out into a wide “v” shape.
