  1. This thread is like, 100% me. I definitely calorie count, but have lost all my weight with just walking. I also love true crime, and listen to it exclusively while I walk. I just get absorbed in the podcast and walk away.

  2. I walk every day for at least 5 miles. I listen to audiobooks and try to plan routes that get me in nature. It’s definitely helping me lose weight. Just the positive effect it has on my mental health has made the other parts of weight loss, like consistently eating healthy, so much easier.

  3. It is amazing to see all these before and after picture on reddit after lurking for such a long time. I lost most of my weight through portion control. I always try to walk around for 15-20 minutes after each meal and drink plenty of tea.
