29 Αυγ 2024 · If your seller account is terminated, Walmart will send you a notice of termination. Seller Support will then contact you to confirm your inventory return preferences. Your returns address for Walmart-fulfilled returns must be up to date in Seller Center.
This is a way to offer an opportunity to contact Walmart when your account is terminated. It might not be helpful but you can try. Enter Seller Help Page (sellerhelp.walmart.com) and you should be log out. Choose "Other access issue" or "Appeal application decision" as you need.

When we appealed, we got this response: "During a recent review, your partner account was found to be in violation of one of the terms & conditions or policies as outlined in the Walmart Marketplace Seller Agreement, resulting in termination of your account."
Hello everyone, i have a seller account that got terminated for Policy Violation : Prohibited Policy Violation. (I guess what we did wrong was do walmart to walmart and re-used the same tracking number.)

16 Ιουν 2023 · An appeal after a Walmart seller account suspension is possible. However, note that this is only applicable to sellers that haven’t violated their Trust and Safety Standards. Reinstate your account by following these steps.
