29 Σεπ 2009 · the debate is between the pk380 and the p22. 1) how much more recoil will she have to deal with for the 380 compared to the 22. I have the 22 and while its no big deal for me, i do think it has more recoil than most 22 pistols i have fired.
18 Δεκ 2022 · The Walther P22 is small but is still just big enough to fill your hand with its fantastically ergonomic grip. Even though it’s a .22 LR pistol, the P22 still has some niceties, like forward slide serrations and a full accessory rail.
7 Νοε 2024 · The PK380 was developed from Walther’s P22 pistol, although unlike the rimfire P22, it is a short recoil action rather than a blowback action. It was a bit of a pioneer in that it was the first polymer-framed pistol designed to have an easy-to-rack slide.
Personally I hated the feel if the PK380 and if you want more capacity than the PPK/s you'd be better off with an LCP Max. If it makes a difference, the PPK/S has a decocker with the safety, and the PK380 only has a safety.
8 Οκτ 2014 · Dimensionally they are quite similar, with the PK380 weighing in at 19.4 ounces, versus the 16.9 ounces of the P22, on similarly equipped models. The PK380 feeds from an 8-round, single-stack magazine, which makes the PK380 nicely slim and comfortable for most hands—large or small.
My German made PPK/S .22 is built like a tank. Incredibly smooth action. My only complaint is the 17+ lb double action trigger. I’d have bought the .380, but I got a great deal on the .22 LR, pre-owned but never fired.
17 Αυγ 2024 · When placed side by side, the PK380 is a scaled down version of the P99 and when placed next to the P22, a scaled up version. Another way to look at it is Goldilocks and the three bears. The P99 is too hot, the P22 is too cold and the PK380 is just right… for those that prefer the 380 ACP anyway.
