To qualify for a State Library of Massachusetts library card, you must be a current, permanent employee of Executive, Legislative, or Judicial branches of government in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and have valid Commonwealth of Massachusetts identification.
Queens' College's student library was named 'The War Memorial Library' in commemoration of Queens' members killed during the Second World War. The Library is housed in the College's original 1448 chapel, on Old Court, and is entered from Library Passage that links Old Court and Walnut Tree Court.
War Memorial Recreation Center Information and Registration. Cambridge residents are welcome to register for classes online, as well as by mail or in-person. Registration opens for about 1 week in advance of each season (4 times per year) for Cambridge residents.
The War Memorial Recreation Center, located at 1640 Cambridge St. Door 15, includes a Field House, multi-purpose room, gymnasium, weight room and 3 swimming pools. The War Memorial also offers a variety of programming for children and adults, including swimming and fitness classes.
