14 Δεκ 2023 · Game doesn’t start after pressing the “play” button in the launcher. “api-ms-win-core-com-l1-1-0.dll not found”. After that, I downloaded the .dll file and put it in the system32 and sys64 folders. But when I clicked start, it showed a warning code (0x000007b).
This news was published on the old version of the website. There may be some problems with news display in specific browser versions. Players have been experiencing problems with launcher update.
13 Νοε 2020 · The launcher should work fine if you launch the "launcher" executable directly. It is located in your main "War Thunder" directory. Please let me know if it doesn't.
17 Ιουλ 2018 · Today i opened the launcher (connected to steam) as every day and, well, nothing happened, not a single news, no options, no settings, only the "Downloading files" on bottom left of the launcher window
Just got a new pc and loaded war thunder on my steam account. Game crashes and reboots my computer. I've updated all drivers and uninstalled game and reinstalled and still no dice.
18 Αυγ 2021 · 1. JPAU401. • 3 yr. ago. The issue you are facing is caused by EAC not playing well with WT. Turning EAC on in the options in the launcher and starting results in a GSOD sometimes. If you play modes where EAC isn't essential at all, turn it off in the meantime. Works perfectly, but you lose some of the protection that EAC supposedly provides. 1.
