27 Δεκ 2020 · Help me, i'm new at scp secret laboratory and at the begining it works well, i play like 5 rounds in a server and then i close the game, but some hours later i open the game again and there's no server and in a corner say "Steam authentication failure", i open and close the game like 4 times and still saying that, what do i do? 17 Αυγ 2023 · We either get empty responses from Steam or we can't even connect to Steam. It's not a DDoS attack. There is a way to authenticate to SCP:SL using Discord instead of Steam (the game was distributed on Discord in the past as well, but Discord shut down their Games Store) and that way works fine.

I have tried, verifying game files, reinstalling, running it as administrator and nothing has worked. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Open your console via the "`" key and utilize the commands "authtoken" and "ar" to resolve the problem. If this doesn't work, then you should relaunch the game. If you ever see anybody asking this question yourself, please tell them what I told you. You're welcome.
Steam Authentication failed. Bug. I downloaded warface on epic games store a few years ago and it worked nicely. I did know that it was on steam too so I downloaded it from steam today but Even while downloading and after the downloading finished, I can't close this pop up and it won't let me do anything.
