  1. The power adapter that I have for the Xbox One Kinect is rated for 12V and 2.67A. That gives you an upper limit on power usage of 32 Watts, which is way higher than 15W, unfortunately. Now, it's not an official adapter, and I've never actually plugged it in, but it is labeled specifically for this Kinect model, so I assume it's accurate.
