Loan Guaranty. Attention Lenders: Please read this important update regarding changes to Funding Fee Payment System (FFPS) access. To enhance security, FFPS will adopt multi-factor authentication using LGY Hub starting October 30, 2024.
If you need to have a new lender, lender agent (broker), servicer, law firm, condo, or builder added to the VA Loan Guaranty systems you first need to contact your VA Regional Loan Center (RLC). Please see this link for a list of RLC's to find the one for your state.
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) encourages lenders and authorized representatives to use the Automated Certificate of Eligibility (ACE) system located in VA’s portal to obtain a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) on behalf of Veterans and certain surviving spouses.
Registering Lender/Servicer user must enter the Lender/Servicer ID and the company’s PIN. The company ID and PIN can be obtained from active Admins and main point of contact at your organization.
The VIP Portal has been decommissioned and is no longer available. There is a new entry point for VA Loan Guaranty applications called LGY Hub. It uses 2 Factor Authentication (currently through ID.me) to verify or authenticate users for VA systems.
