The Northeast Dirt Modified Hall of Fame was established in 1992 to recognize individual achievements in the sport of stock car racing. It is located at 1 Speedway Dr., Weedsport, New York.
The Northeast Dirt Modified Museum and Hall of Fame was established in 1992, to showcase the rich and storied history of Modified stock car competition on the Northeastern oval dirt tracks — the cars, drivers, owners, mechanics, builders, promoters, media members, and memorabilia of the sport.
26 Μαρ 2020 · History: Weedsport Speedway has a long and storied history in New York. The venue, built by Stan Dudzinski in a berry patch, opened for business for the first time on July 24, 1955. Originally a third-mile oval, the track became a three-eighths-mile oval later in the decade.
