On September 8, 2021, I had a Werner 25x54 Aluminum Attic Ladder, rated 375 lbs, installed in my home. The first time I tried to climb the ladder, I was unable to climb into my attic.

4 reviews. GB. 15 Aug 2024. Damaged ladder and appalling courier service. Ordered a Werner ladder via Toolstation. Placed the order on 4th August and it was delivered on 6th August unfortunately it was very poorly packaged and the ladder was very scuffed and damaged.
7 Δεκ 2009 · Apparently this ladder came from a company that Werner had purchased and no longer make it to faulty hinges. Please call [protected] and speak to a customer service representative. They were very nice and hopefully in a couple of weeks I will have a new attic ladder.
