Poor customer 'care'. I ordered spare parts for a loft-ladder, online, and the order was confirmed by email. Three days later, as I needed parts urgently, I emailed customer-care to ask when delivery would be and was given an automated ref. number. No reply by next day, so rang CC who said they would chase the order.
