The MTCN or the tracking number can be used to track your transfer in just a few minutes. You can find the MTCN on your transfer receipt. You can also find it in your transfer History page.
Go to Track a Transfer and select Don’t know the MTCN? Enter Sender’s phone number or Sender and receiver’s names. Enter the date of money transfer and select Continue.
Tell us how you want your transfer to be sent and received abroad. Then track it all the way. You can pay by bank account, credit*** or debit card, including Visa®, MasterCard®, Maestro® and Visa Electron®. Senders and receivers can both check the progress of their transfers using unique tracking numbers (MTCNs)
You can check the status of your transfer at any time on westernunion.com or on our Western Union app: Go to our website or app. Select Track a transfer and enter your tracking number (MTCN). If you’re already logged into the app, you can check the status on the History page.
